Job summary

Roca Inc. seeks a Youth Worker to engage 25 high-risk young adults through relationships and programming, collaborating with law enforcement, probation, and community partners to support economic independence and reduce harm.

You will apply CBT principles, provide employment-focused guidance, and participate in community-based activities and meetings, with a requirement to work flexible hours and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of direct service with high risk young people.
• Experience with street-involved youth and community outreach.
• Ability to plan and manage multiple tasks with accuracy and timeliness.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a caseload of young people and build transformational relationships.
• Provide education/vocational/life skills programming in person and virtually.
• Conduct CBT coaching and use data-driven outreach planning.
• Enter case notes accurately into ETO daily and track progress.
• Coordinate with partners (police, probation officers, community).
• Travel within service area as needed and work outside regular hours when required.
