Job summary

Roca Springfield seeks a Youth Worker to engage 25 high-risk young adults under the Assistant Director, delivering CBT-informed programming and building relationships with police, probation officers, and community partners.

You will work with teammates to drive outcomes of economic independence and staying out of harm, including job search support and workforce readiness activities, while ensuring accurate case notes in the ETO system.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of direct service work with high risk youth.
• Experience with street involved high risk young people.
• Strong written and oral communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate CBT using Roca’s Intervention Model.
• Support youth toward employment through job search and workforce skills.
• Maintain case notes in ETO and coordinate with team and community partners.
