Soccer Shots Franchising is looking for a part-time Youth Elite Coach in Laurel, Maryland. Coaches will lead engaging soccer sessions for children aged 18 months to 8 years, nurturing their love for the sport while making a positive impact.

The position offers flexible scheduling, competitive hourly pay of $22-26, and opportunities for coaching bonuses. Ideal candidates should have a passion for working with children and be available during summer and fall seasons.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle that is insured.
• Experience working with children ages 18 months to 8 years old is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead 30–45 minute coaching sessions at various locations.
• Engage with children and foster their love for soccer.
• Travel within a 30–40 minute radius for coaching assignments.
