Job summary

Soccer Shots Franchising is looking for Youth Elite Coaches in Maryland to lead engaging soccer sessions for children aged 18 months to 8 years. Flexible schedules allow for meaningful community impact while coaching at schools and parks.

The ideal candidate should be dependable, have a passion for working with kids, and will benefit from a supportive environment with training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a personally insured vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Lead 30–45 minute sessions at local preschools and community sites.
• Travel within a 30–40 minute radius for coaching assignments.
• Engage children in skill development through soccer.
