Job summary

Blast Intermediate Unit 17 in Williamsport, PA is seeking a dedicated Case Manager to support ELECT/EFI program participants.

You will provide individual and group educational sessions, coordinate with community partners, and help students stay in school and plan post-secondary paths.

This full-time exempt role requires an associate or bachelor degree and completion of clearances; occasional evening work and use of a personal vehicle are expected. Salary ranges from $36,000 to $40,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Education, Human Services, Social Work or related field and 4 years related professional experience.
• Bachelor degree in Education, Human Services, Social Work or related field with 2 years related professional experience.
• Possession of all required clearances to work with students under 18.

Responsibilities

• Develop and provide group and individual sessions for enrolled students.
• Promote the ELECT program through community connections.
• Establish and maintain working relationships with community organizations to best serve students through education and referrals.
• Advocate for the rights, strengths, and needs of the participants.
• Provide comprehensive student assessment and develop individualized plans to remain in school and pursue post-secondary education or employment.
