This position works directly with youth in schools, shelters, and the community to address barriers to education, support academic success, and help youth prepare for their future. • Support youth participating in Youth Housing Assistance Programs.
  • Conduct outreach and visits to schools, shelters, homes, and community locations.
  • Monitor progress and maintain accurate, timely documentation.
  • Collaborate with schools, SCC staff, shelters, and community partners.

The ideal candidate is someone who believes every young person deserves a chance to succeed. Someone who celebrates the small victories, doesn't give up when things get difficult, and understands that sometimes being the consistent adult who shows up can change a young person’s life.
