Position Overview:
We are seeking a full-time Youth Director who is passionate about reaching and discipling youth for Jesus Christ. The ideal candidate will have a clear plan and vision for building a thriving youth ministry rooted in Scripture and focused on helping youth grow in a personal relationship with Jesus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead a Christ-centered youth program for middle and high school students
  
  
• Teach and mentor youth through weekly gatherings, Bible studies, and special events
  
  
• Build relationships with students, their families, and volunteers
  
  
• Organize outreach opportunities, retreats, and mission projects
  
  
• Collaborate with pastoral staff and church leadership to align youth ministry with the overall mission of the church

Qualifications:

• Preferred experience in youth ministry
