Position Overview:

We are seeking a full-time Youth Director who is passionate about reaching and discipling youth for Jesus Christ. The ideal candidate will have a clear plan and vision for building a thriving youth ministry rooted in Scripture and focused on helping youth grow in a personal relationship with Jesus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead a Christ-centered youth program for middle and high school students
• Teach and mentor youth through weekly gatherings, Bible studies, and special events
• Build relationships with students, their families, and volunteers
• Organize outreach opportunities, retreats, and mission projects
• Collaborate with pastoral staff and church leadership to align youth ministry with the overall mission of the church
  
  

Qualifications:

• A strong personal relationship with Jesus Christ
• Preferred experience in youth ministry
• A passion for Scripture and making disciples
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Basic technology, social media, and office software skills

Is someone called to pastoral ministry in a bold, conservative, Bible-believing congregation? Fox River Church is seeking a full-time Associate Pastor to help lead and serve a congregation with a deep heritage and a bold proclamation of the Gospel.

Fox River Church is a conservative, evangelical, Bible-based, pro-life, and pro-family congregation with a rich heritage dating back to 1839. We are a member of the Association of Free Lutheran Congregations (AFLC) and serve an average of 300 weekly attendees with a worldwide online presence. We are prayerfully seeking a full-time Associate Pastor who is “bold and will speak the word without fear” (Philippians 1:14). The candidate should be called by God to support and strengthen the ministry of our church and its mission.

What We’re Looking For:

Seminary graduate (Required)

Ordained through a recognized evangelical church body (Required)

Experienced in teaching, discipleship, counseling, and congregational care

A humble, servant-hearted leader aligned with our biblical convictions

Key Duties Include:

• Teaching and discipleship ministries
• Leading small groups and outreaches
• Counseling and visitations
• Assisting with weddings, funerals, and special events
• Supporting church operations and leadership
• Filling in for the Lead Pastor when needed
