Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any subject.
• At least 3 years working with K-8 students.
• Legal right to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
• Willing to be posted away from home for 1–3 months at a time.
• Comfortable with Alpha assigning every posting, including city and campus.

Responsibilities

• Run one-hour life skill workshops for K-8 students.
• Coach students one-to-one and in small groups using analytics until targets are met.
• Administer and score Test2Pass assessments so students prove the skill.
• Reach full standard within the first week at each new campus.
• Document per-student progress and every open intervention at posting ends.
