This role involves direct engagement through tutoring, group facilitation, mentoring and enrichment activities. Specialist help cultivate a safe, structured, and inspiring environment that aligns with R.E.A.L.'s commitment to holistic youth development.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual and small group homework support and academic tutoring in core subjects.
• Facilitate interactive group activities focused on leadership, teamwork and personal development.
• Serve as a positive mentor, role model, and advocate for youth participants.
• Collaborate with program staff, inclusive, and respectful learning environment.
