Job summary

YMCA of Greater Richmond in Richmond, VA is seeking a Youth Development Site Coordinator to lead the after-school program at Maybeury Elementary School. You will design engaging activities, oversee operations, and supervise on-site staff in a safe, inclusive environment.

Work closely with families, school partners, and YMCA leadership, ensuring Virginia DOE licensing compliance while supporting budgeting and staffing needs.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising staff and supporting program operations.
• Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Experience leading groups of youth.
• Virginia DOE licensing qualifications (college coursework or CDA).
• Must be at least 21 years old.

• A valid driver's license with a good driving record

Salary Range: $43,000 - $45,000 per year
