The Boys & Girls Club of Carbon County is seeking a Youth Development Professional to support our afterschool program at Sally Mauro Elementary in Helper, Utah. You will supervise youth and lead activities to create a safe, engaging afterschool experience that helps youth learn, grow, and have fun.
This role suits energetic, dependable individuals who enjoy working with children and leading groups. CPR/First Aid certification is preferred, and a background check will be completed prior to hire.

The Youth Development Professional (YDP) is responsible for creating a safe, fun, and engaging environment for youth during our afterschool program at Sally Mauro Elementary in Helper, Utah. YDPs build positive relationships with members, lead activities, supervise groups, and support daily operations while helping youth learn, grow, and have an unforgettable afterschool experience.
This role is ideal for energetic, dependable individuals who enjoy working with children, leading groups, and making a positive impact in their community.
