Mount Vernon Clubhouse | Boys & Girls Clubs of Skagit County
Part-Time (18–22 hrs/week) | $20.20–$21.43 DOE/DOQ
Have the energy to jump into a game, the creativity to turn a simple idea into something exciting, and the patience to help a young person through a tough moment?
You might be just who we're looking for!
We're hiring a Youth Development Professional at our Mount Vernon Clubhouse who can bring enthusiasm, encouragement, and a helping hand to our elementary-age youth.
Young learners bring plenty of curiosity, imagination, and big personalities to the Club. One day you might be leading a group game, helping with an art project, exploring a STEM activity, or encouraging someone to try something new. The next, you could be helping youth navigate friendships, build confidence, or discover a new interest.
You'll help create a safe, welcoming environment where youth feel included, supported, and excited to participate. Bring your own interests, too! Sports, music, art, cooking, science, or creative games can all become opportunities to connect and make learning fun.
We're looking for someone who is flexible, reliable, patient, and ready to jump in. You'll work alongside Club staff to create positive experiences, build meaningful relationships, and help make each day engaging and fun.
Our values of Fun, Respect, Integrity, Community, and Acceptance guide how we support youth and each other.
Applicants must be at least 18 years old and available Monday through Friday.
