Job description

We are looking to hire Youth Development Professionals to work with our Bethalto/Lovejoy Operations.

The ideal candidate enjoys working with youth and delivering engaging programming. They are a team player and self-starter with independence, flexibility, self-motivation, and creativity. The candidate will be able to deliver evidence-based programming.

We have part-time positions available. Hours are between 2:00 pm and 8:00 pm, depending on location, Monday through Friday. This is a year-round position. Interested candidates can apply for positions at either our Bethalto or Lovejoy locations in Illinois.

Qualified Candidates will have:

• A high school diploma; an associate degree from an accredited college or university or a BA/BS is preferred.
• A minimum of one year experience working with children in a group setting.
• Enthusiasm and patience for working with children, and a passion for education, health, character development, and leadership.
