A leading organization is seeking Youth Development Professionals to join the Bethalto/Lovejoy Operations. The role involves engaging with youth, delivering educational programs, and fostering character development in a supportive environment. Ideal candidates will have experience working with children and a desire to inspire the next generation. This part-time position requires availability during weekday afternoons and evenings.
We are looking to hire Youth Development Professionals to work with our Bethalto/Lovejoy Operations.
The ideal candidate enjoys working with youth and delivering engaging programming. They are a team player and self-starter with independence, flexibility, self-motivation, and creativity. The candidate will be able to deliver evidence-based programming.
We have part-time positions available. Hours are between 2:00 pm and 8:00 pm, depending on location, Monday through Friday. This is a year-round position. Interested candidates can apply for positions at either our Bethalto or Lovejoy locations in Illinois.
