Help Young People Learn, Grow & Thrive

Do you enjoy working with young people, bringing energy to a room, and helping kids discover what they’re capable of?

As a Youth Development Professional, you’ll be one of the caring adults who helps make that mission happen every day.

What You’ll Do

No two days at the Club are exactly the same. You’ll help create an environment where young people feel safe, supported and excited to participate.

You will:

  • Maintain basic attendance, program and member records.
  • Participate in staff training and professional development.

Most importantly, you’ll have the opportunity to be a consistent, encouraging adult in the lives of young people in Guadalupe.
