Qualifications

• Previous experience working with youth.

• Ability to provide appropriate structure while remaining encouraging and approachable.
• Good organizational skills and basic computer proficiency.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 48 college units, paraeducator certificate, or willingness to obtain.
• Valid driver’s license for transportation duties (optional).

• May assist with transporting youth in a company van (optional).

Schedule

Preferred availability is Monday through Friday between 11:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Actual work hours will vary based on program needs and responsibilities. Some scheduling flexibility may be available for qualified candidates who are unable to meet the full preferred availability window. This is a part-time position averaging approximately 25–28 hours per week.

Compensation

$18.50–$21.50 per hour, depending on experience.
