Job summary

Boys & Girls Club of Maury County in Pulaski, TN seeks a part-time Youth Program Assistant to deliver hands-on activities for K-12 youth, aligning with our three priority outcomes: Academic Success, Healthy Lifestyles, and Good Character & Citizenship.

You will read lesson plans, prepare materials, supervise sessions, record attendance, and help maintain safe, welcoming spaces while following organizational policies. This role prioritizes teamwork and reliability.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Some experience working with children preferred, in youth programs.
• Ability to relate to youth and keep activities FUN.
• Strong teamwork, patience, and creativity.
• Punctual and reliable; attentive to kids.

Responsibilities

• Execute program activities for youth aligned with goals.
• Prepare lesson materials and maintain safe, organized spaces.
• Record attendance and assist with daily administrative tasks.
• Support club safety policies and supervise group activities.
• Interact with parents as needed.
