Boys & Girls Clubs of Sarasota and Desoto Counties Inc is seeking a Youth Development Professional for a part-time role in Sarasota, Florida. You will plan, facilitate, and supervise activities to empower youth while ensuring safety and club appearance.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, being 18+, and 1–2 years of relevant experience. You will mentor youth, work with staff, maintain attendance, and participate in staff meetings. Background screening and drug test are required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 1–2 years of relevant work experience.
• Ability to stand, outdoors, kneel, reach, bend, and lift up to 10 lbs.
• Pre-employment background screening and drug test required.
