Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of Elkhart County is seeking a part-time Youth Development Professional Lead for the Orchard View KidsCare program. You will lead day-to-day KidsCare activities for ages 5–12, coordinate staff, and ensure a safe, engaging environment during morning sessions.

You will supervise Youth Development Professionals, uphold program quality, and foster youth development, academic progress, and social-emotional growth through supportive teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience supervising school-aged children preferred.
• Ability to move throughout program areas and lift up to 20 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, coordination, and implementation of daily KidsCare programming.
• Develop and manage daily schedules to ensure safe, structured activities.
• Coach Youth Development Professionals to maintain KidsCare standards.
• Maintain supervision and safety of youth during program hours.
• Communicate with parents and school staff to support youth success.
