Job summary

Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA is seeking a full-time Flex Houseparent duo to live in on-campus student homes and care for 8–13 students. The two-person role requires a married couple and includes supervision, mentorship, routines, and student well-being.

Couples will drive, lead daily devotions, and participate in Sunday Chapel, with budgeting and reporting duties. Relocation support, housing, meals on duty, and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• This is a two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans.
