Under the direct supervision of the Assistant Clubhouse Director, the Youth Development Coordinator supports the Mission Clubhouse by delivering engaging, high-impact youth development programming for members ages 6–18. This role is responsible for facilitating activities across learning, arts, and recreation, managing positive youth behavior, assisting with daily operational duties, and supporting administrative tasks like data entry and attendance tracking.
As part of the hiring process, BGCSF requires candidates to complete LiveScan fingerprinting, a background check, and a tuberculosis (TB) evaluation or test.
