Job summary

Crossover is seeking a Youth Development Specialist to lead life-skills workshops for Alpha students at multiple campuses, including Boston, MA. You will coach students one-on-one and in small groups, using Coachbot analytics to drive progress and mastery of life skills.

Join a fast-moving team delivering AI-assisted academics while focusing on coaching, motivation, and real-world skills. This is a full-time, in-person role with relocation support where needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years working with K-8 students through teaching, coaching, mentoring, or youth programs.
• Ability to motivate students to achieve difficult goals and provide outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-energy one-hour life skills workshops for K-8 students.
• Coaching students individually and in groups using analytics and motivation systems to achieve weekly goals.
• Assess life skill mastery and provide targeted coaching until genuine competence is shown.
• Adapt coaching style across age groups from kindergarten to eighth grade.
• Analyze weekly performance data to improve outcomes for the cohort.
