Boys- in Indiana is seeking a part-time Middlebury Youth Development Professional to support safe, engaging youth programs after school. You will supervise, model positive behavior, and assist with daily activities, ensuring a welcoming environment for ages 5–18.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience with school-age youth (5–18) preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to meet physical demands, including lifting up to 20 lb.

Responsibilities

• Actively supervise youth to ensure safety during activities.
• Assist with program setup, facilitation, and cleanup.
• Encourage inclusion and positive peer interactions.
• Model respectful behavior and reinforce club values.
