Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Houston in Wharton, TX seeks an Entry-Level Youth Programs Coordinator for the Dobson Club. The role plans, implements and evaluates activities across education, athletics, arts, and games to foster healthy member relationships.

Plans, implements, supervises and evaluates all programs and activities in the Core Program areas including education, athletics, arts & crafts, technology and games room. Develop and foster healthy relationships, with all members, at the assigned club.
Internal: Maintain close, daily contact with Club staff (professional and volunteer), Club members, and supervisor to receive/provide information, discuss issues, explain or interpret guidelines/instructions; instruct, and advise/counsel.
External: Maintain contact as needed with eternal community groups, schools, member’s parents and other to assist in resolving problems.
