Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred from an accredited college or university.
• AA degree and two years’ experience in juvenile/adult corrections or related field.
• Background checks, driving record checks and WA CJTC training within six months.

Responsabilités

• Attends to the physical and emotional needs of youth in detention.
• Implements the center’s Behavior Management Program.
• Maintains a clean, safe, secure facility and promotes pro-social behavior.
• Works as a team member to support youth rehabilitation.
