Responsabilités

• Plans, manages, and evaluates social services programs in juvenile settings.
• Provides individual and group counseling to youth and families.
• Performs intake assessments and admission/orientation of youth.
• Prepares reports and maintains confidential case records.
• Collaborates with stakeholders for discharge planning and service delivery.
