Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduation from high school or possession of an equivalency diploma plus graduation with a Bachelor’s degree.
• Two (2) years paid full time or its part time equivalent experience working with youth within a counseling or treatment-based setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform intensive case management for youth who are detained at the facility.
• De-escalate volatile situations as needed.
• Operate within well-defined laws and guidelines under supervision.
• Work at a 24/7 facility and report to the Social Work Supervisor – Children’s Center.
