Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and be at least 19 years old.
• Prior experience working with youth, either professionally or as a volunteer.

Responsabilités

• Ensure residents' rights and privileges are not abridged.
• Perform routine housekeeping to maintain cleanliness of the detention program.
• Participate in development and presentation of recreational programming.
• Attend orientation and ongoing staff training as directed.
• Generate logs, reports, and documentation per policies and guidelines.
• Maintain safety via constant supervision of activities.
• Identify and defuse potential crises per procedures.
• Meet with deputies to discuss resident welfare when directed.
