Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a Human Service field with 2 years post-bachelor experience with Mental Health population.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct school-based interventions to support youth and families.
• Deliver individual and group interventions including skill-building activities and positive behavioral supports.
• Develop Person-Centered Plans and facilitate Child and Family Team meetings.
• Perform ongoing assessment and evaluation of social and daily living needs for seamless service transition.
• Provide psychoeducation on mental health and substance use needs to clients, families, schools, and stakeholders.
