Conferences and Institutes is seeking Youth Program Leaders for Summer Art Camps at the Palmer Museum of Art in 2025, scheduled for July 14-25.
Responsibilities include supervising and ensuring the safety of minors, adhering to youth compliance policies, emergency response, communication with the Program Director and Manager, medication management, and oversight of health information. Leaders may assist with developing instructional content and delivering lessons and activities.
Leaders share responsibility for monitoring participant safety, behavior, and whereabouts during all program hours, including non-instructional times. They must respond calmly and effectively to issues concerning behavior or safety, handle sensitive information, and follow notification protocols.
