Job summary

CALEX SPORTS INC is seeking part-time coaches to lead after-school programs at elementary schools in the Bay Area. Most sessions run Monday–Friday, 1:00 PM–5:00 PM, with about one hour per class and optional 30 minutes of pre-care. Pay is $50–$65 per session, and all equipment is provided.

Coaches will teach children aged 5–10 using provided lesson plans, manage classes of 8–16 students, and attend a 2-day training before starting. Local residency and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Must be 19+ years old upon application.
• Must live locally and be available for in-person work.
• Experience in sports, coaching, or working with kids is preferred but not required.
• Enjoys working with children in a positive, active setting.
• Flexible, reliable, and punctual; must have reliable transportation.
• Must be fully vaccinated and willing to undergo TB test and Live Scan background check.
• Must submit a photo and short biography for website introduction.

Job Overview

Our programs are held at various elementary schools, Monday–Friday between 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM. This is a part-time position where coaches typically teach one class per day (about one hour), with the possibility of an extra 30 minutes of pre-care. These sessions focus on creating a fun and energetic environment for younger and beginner-level children.

The pay ranges from $50–$65 per session, and all equipment is provided by us.

Requirements

• Must be 19+ years old upon application
• Candidates must currently live locally and be available for in-person work.
• Experience in sports you are applying, coaching, or working with kids is preferred but not required
• Enjoys working with children in a positive and active setting
• Flexible, reliable, and punctual
• Must have reliable transportation

• Must complete sending photo and short biography to upload in our website and introduce your experience in sports.

Work Type: Part-time (2–5 hours per week) Pay: $50–$65 per session

Programs are offered at multiple schools across the Bay Area. Candidates must currently live locally and be available for in-person work.

We do have other Programs like Yoga, Soccer, PE, Pickleball, Volleyball, Basketball, Floor Hockey and Dance. You’re welcome to apply to any of these as well.
