Job summary

Calex-Sports-Inc. is hiring part-time youth coaches for Bay Area elementary programs. You’ll teach one daily class (about an hour) 1:00 PM–5:00 PM, with 2–5 hours weekly and sessions paid at $50–$65 each. All equipment is provided and training/shadowing occurs before start.

Applicants should be 19+, local, with reliable transportation, and willing to complete a TB test and Live Scan background check. Visa sponsorship is not provided.

Qualifications

• Must be 19+ years old upon application.
• Must live locally and be available for in-person work.
• Fully vaccinated and willing to undergo TB test and Live Scan background check.
• Must complete sending a photo and short biography to upload on our website.
• Attend a 2-day training or shadowing session before starting.
• Experience coaching or working with kids preferred but not required.

Job Overview

Our programs are held at various elementary schools, Monday–Friday between 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM. This is a part-time position where coaches typically teach one class per day (about one hour), with the possibility of an extra 30 minutes of pre-care. These sessions focus on creating a fun and energetic environment for younger and beginner-level children.

The pay ranges from $50–$65 per session, and all equipment is provided by us.

Requirements

• Must be 19+ years old upon application
• Candidates must currently live locally and be available for in-person work.
• Experience in sports you are applying, coaching, or working with kids is preferred but not required
• Enjoys working with children in a positive and active setting
• Flexible, reliable, and punctual
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be fully vaccinated and willing to undergo a TB test and Live Scan background check before starting work
• Must complete sending photo and short biography to upload in our website and introduce your experience in sports.

Programs are offered at multiple schools across the Bay Area. Candidates must currently live locally and be available for in-person work.

Other Programs

We do have other Programs like Yoga, Soccer, PE, Pickleball, Volleyball, Basketball, Floor Hockey and Dance. You’re welcome to apply to any of these as well.
