Rite of Passage's Safe Passage Indiana in South Bend is seeking a Therapist to join a team of advocates helping youth aged 10–18. You will respond to crises, support youths' emotional well-being, and contribute to diagnostic assessments.

As a Therapist, you will administer psychological testing, facilitate treatment groups, create safety plans for reintegration, and collaborate with other departments to support youth throughout the program.

Formación

• Masters degree in social work or related field and license eligible.
• Be at least 21 years old.
• Criminal background check, drug screen (no THC pre-employment), physical, and TB test required; must pass child abuse central registry check.
• Masters or better in Psychology or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to and support youth dealing with crises including self-harm, suicidal and aggressive behaviors.
• Evaluate and monitor youth who have demonstrated suicidal and self-harm ideations/behaviors.
• Administer testing for the youth's psychological evaluation.
• Facilitate treatment groups for youth who have completed their evaluation.
• Create safety plans for youth returning to the community.
• Partner with other departments to support youth within the program.
