Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in psychology, sociology, social work, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of one year of crisis stabilization experience preferred.
Reliable, insured transportation, current auto insurance coverage, and a valid driver’s license required.
Responsibilities
Build relationships to provide solution-focused support for behavior issues.
Attend Diversion Staff meetings and court hearings to prevent youth from entering care.
Respond to cases with emergency needs and report information immediately to promote stabilization.
Skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Crisis stabilization experience
Bilingual (Spanish speaking)
