Qualifications

• Minimum of 60 college credits required.
• Ability to communicate clearly with youth and maintain routine.
• Physical fitness to assist with safety and care as needed.

Responsibilities

• Work with local law enforcement and juvenile authorities to assist with urgent shelter needs.
• Explain situations to youth, set roles, and address immediate needs upon entry.
• Sustain a safe, secure, and trusting group environment with a consistent daily routine.
• Complete rigorous training to build relationships with boundaries and manage behavior.
