Youth Crisis Counselor - Full Time - Stark County, Ohio

Are you a licensed Master level social worker or counselor (LSW/LISW, LPC/LPCC) who is passionate about behavioral health? Crisis Counselors at Coleman work to provide crisis intervention and counseling services to individuals in their natural environment, schools, emergency rooms, and various community settings.

Duties include:

1. Respond to individuals in crisis throughout Stark County
2. Triage, engagement, assessment, and trauma-informed behavioral health interventions to foster crisis resolution
3. Service navigation and linkage, follow-up care, family, and community stakeholder collaboration
4. Function as part of an interdisciplinary team and develop and maintain effective relationships with community professionals

Qualifications:

1. Master's Degree with current or pending LSW/LISW or LPC/LPCC licensure
2. Willingness to get NPI and Medicaid billing number (we'll help!)
3. Must be willing to complete and have favorable drug and alcohol screening if selected for the position
