Job summary

St. Joseph's Villa seeks a Clinical Operations Leader to oversee all clinical and medical operations within the 23-Hour Crisis Receiving Center and the Crisis Stabilization Unit.

You will supervise nursing staff, ensure 24/7 coverage, and coordinate medical and psychiatric care for youth aged 5–17 and their families. You will lead compliance with regulatory standards, drive quality improvement, and support crisis services through effective staff development and coordination with licensing

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Virginia (unrestricted).
• 5+ years of clinical experience including crisis and leadership roles.
• APRN/PMHNP preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of VA DBHDS and other regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical and medical operations for CRC/CSU and supervise nursing staff.
• Ensure 24/7 nursing coverage and quality clinical services.
• Coordinate medical and psychiatric care for youth and families.
• Lead safety planning, discharge coordination, and staff education.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and documentation accuracy.
