Responsibilities

Provide active supervision and maintain resident safety during daily routines, activities, campus transitions, and outings.
Build positive, professional relationships with residents and staff.
Support daily living routines, including hygiene, meals, chores, and school transitions.
Coach residents in coping skills, emotional regulation, and safe peer interactions.
Facilitate recreational activities and structured groups under supervision.
Document observations, safety checks, and incidents accurately and promptly.
Communicate resident progress during shift handoffs and team discussions.
