Job summary

Adelphoi Education is seeking a Mental Health Worker at our North Huntingdon location to provide measurement-based trauma-informed treatment to youth in the Partial Hospitalization Program. You will counsel, assist, and implement behavioral interventions while partnering with staff to sustain a supportive learning climate and manage daily youth operations.

Associates degree required; experience with at-risk youth is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree required in education, psychology, social work, and/or other related field.
• Experience in counseling dependent, delinquent, or at-risk youth preferred.
• Or, any equivalent combination of education and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Provide measurement-based trauma-informed treatment to youth served by Adelphoi Education.
• Offer counsel, assistance, and behavioral interventions to youth in the Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP).
• Collaborate with administration and program staff to maintain a positive learning climate and support daily operations and youth management.
