You will collaborate with Health/Mental Health staff, conduct staff training, and participate in weekly case meetings to improve student outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 15 semester hours of instruction in social services-related instruction.
• Two years’ experience in counseling or related field.
• Two years’ experience working with youth and young adults.
• CPR/FA certification required or must be maintained.

Responsibilities

• Manage counseling units to ensure services are available and provided to all trainees.
• Involved in center leadership, guiding staff and promoting team collaboration.
• Supervise staff, review time off requests, and arrange coverage as needed.
• Conduct interviews and assist in hiring based on qualifications and policy.
• Perform performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback.
• Maintain confidential records and ensure reporting for safety and audits.
• Plan and manage the counseling program and supervise counselors.
• Provide training and act as a resource leader for staff.
