Job summary

Memorial Hospital of South Bend is seeking a Coordinated Entry Navigator to assist young adults aged 18-24 at risk of homelessness. This full-time position offers a wage of $21–$23/hr, based in Everett, Washington. Responsibilities include linking youths to appropriate services, managing cases, and ensuring compliance with organizational standards.

Candidates must have experience working with diverse communities and a high school diploma. Those with lived experiences or who identify as BIPOC/LGBTQ+ are strongly encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience with young adults experiencing homelessness.
• Demonstrated sensitivity and commitment to diverse populations.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Link young adults to services and housing programs.
• Coordinate referrals and meet young adults in Snohomish County.
• Manage case files and meet organizational deadlines.
• Attend meetings and training as required.

Skills
