Job summary

The Children’s Village is seeking a Community Case Worker in Dobbs Ferry, NY. This role develops and maintains relationships with families of client youth to ensure they receive comprehensive services during their participation in the program.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field, with NYS driver’s license; bilingual Spanish is preferred. You will work within the Integrated Treatment Model (ITM) and collaborate with a team to support residents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field is required.
• Prior work experience in social services, mental health or child welfare preferred.
• Valid NYS Driver’s License required.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with families of client youth to ensure access to services.
• Provide case planning services and support within the assigned residential division.
• Work within the Integrated Treatment Model (ITM) to support residents and model pro-social behavior.
• Collaborate as part of a team to support residents and ensure continuity of care.
• Assist youth who have returned home or are in alternate settings.
