Job summary

Movement in Englewood, CO seeks a Gateway Instructor I for Programs to lead youth-focused climbing activities, host games, and manage risks during camps, after-school programs, and parties. This part-time role typically involves 2–4 hour classes for ages 4–17, with training provided for newcomers.

Prior climbing experience is not required; applicants with a growth mindset and passion for teaching will be trained. Scheduling includes weekday afternoons and weekends.

• Speak openly; seek help when needed and learn from mistakes.
• Develop skills to communicate and listen to different perspectives to build partnerships.
