Movement seeks a part-time Youth Team Coach to deliver practice content for our youth climbing teams in Centennial, CO. The role focuses on transformative experiences, safety, and building a sense of belonging within the team.

You will work evenings (Tue/Thu) and potentially sub other programs as needed, while supporting administrative tasks and parent communication. The position includes gym membership, gear discounts, guest passes, and other Movement employee benefits; starting pay ranges from

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication with athletes, parents, and gym leadership.
• Passion for working with youth and developing youth climbing athletes.
• Knowledge and experience in climbing instruction.
• Availability for weekday evening hours (Tue/Thu) and willingness to sub other programs.

Responsabilités

• Deliver practice content to youth climbing teams and craft engaging experiences.
• Monitor wellbeing and foster a sense of belonging and core values.
• Follow season schedule and deliver daily instruction, including comps, events, and training plans.
• Supervise youth climbers during belaying and bouldering activities; assist with rosters and communications with parents.
