Job summary

Management & Training Corporation (MTC) operates the Clearfield Job Corps Center in Clearfield, UT. The position is full-time with 8-hour shifts, days vary and overtime may occur. You will patrol grounds, greet visitors, manage sign-ins, and ensure safety across staff, students, and visitors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year security experience.
• Valid driver’s license in the state of work with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Patrol center grounds and manage front desk sign-in and badge distribution.
• Monitor ID badges for staff and students and ensure safety.
• Control, surveillance, identification, monitoring, investigation, and reporting of center property.
• Secure building and property by checking doors, lights, equipment; maintain action log.
• Perform parking and traffic control duties.
• Answer calls and greet visitors.
• Assist supervisors with student check-in/out per policies.
• Transport ill or injured students when required.
• Respond to fire alarms and assist with safety procedures.
