Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
• Must have a valid Texas driver’s license.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in case management.
• Staff supervision experience strongly preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, oversight, and clinical direction for youth casework services.
• Supervise, develop, and support staff to ensure high-quality case management and counseling.
