Management & Training Corporation (MTC) in Clearfield, UT, is seeking a Placement Specialist to determine graduate and former enrollee qualifications for placement and to conduct placement activities in accordance with government and company directives. You will maintain links with DOL and local agencies to provide placement services and identify suitable job or training options for graduates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or an associated degree with relevant experience.
• Two years related experience required.
• A valid driver license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsabilités

• Determine graduate and former enrollee qualifications for placement.
• Conduct placement activities and follow-up in compliance with government and management directives.
• Maintain linkages with DOL, national, state and local agencies to provide placement services.
• Identify potential jobs, schools, military or other training program placements for graduates and conduct job development activities.
• Complete all required documentation in CTS and in individual folders for assigned graduates.

Formation

Bachelor's degree in human services, psychology, counseling, education, social science, business, communications, or closely related field
