Responsibilities

• Assist participants with résumé development, job applications, interview preparation, career exploration, and goal setting.
• Facilitate workforce readiness workshops and activities.
• Support budgeting and financial literacy education, connect participants to community resources.
• Help reduce barriers related to transportation, housing, food access, and employment.
• Build positive, professional relationships that promote confidence, accountability, and progress toward career goals.
