Job summary

Rite of Passage Brand in Daytona Beach, FL seeks a Part Time Youth Care Worker to supervise youth at the Daytona Juvenile Residential Facility. You will ensure safety, document behavior, and support educational, social, athletic, and recreational activities while collaborating with staff.

Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 21+ years old, 1+ year experience, valid Florida driver’s license, pass a background check. Schedule: 20 hours/week.

Qualifications

• Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Have at least 1 year of equivalent experience.
• Possess a current State Driver’s license and have acceptable driving for the past three years.
• Be able to pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide safety and around-the-clock supervision for the youth in our program.
• Monitor and document student behaviors and activities.
• Participate and assist with educational, social, athletic, and recreational activities.
• Work in collaboration with other professional staff to establish and/or meet the goals of each student’s treatment.
