Pathway Family Services is seeking a Youth Care Worker I to support a Psychiatric Residential Treatment Program. This full-time role focuses on helping youth build confidence, respond to crises, and participate in activities that promote healing.

No counseling degree is required, and on-the-job training is provided. If you’re 21+ with a high school diploma or GED, you’re encouraged to apply and join a team that values compassion, teamwork, and growth in behavioral health.
